More than 500 cyclists from 40 states and many countries will be descending on Evanston on July 19 for the NorthShore University HealthSystem Grand Prix, a day of amateur and professional cycling. Billed as the North Shore's largest free sporting event, the grand prix has drawn an estimated 15,000 to 20,000 spectators. Special events for people of all ages.

Over 140 artisans in a host of mediums from around the country are showcased at the Geneva Arts Fair in Downtown Geneva, July 25-26.
